When you submit an admissions inquiry or contact form on this website, we collect the information you enter: student name, telephone number, email address, WeChat ID, current grade, current school, current curriculum, program of interest, and how you heard about the school. Separately, our servers keep access logs (IP address, timestamp, browser type) for security auditing and troubleshooting. This website does not use third-party advertising trackers.
2. How we use it
We use this information only to contact you, arrange entrance assessments and interviews, send examination details and results, answer your questions, and — where you have explicitly agreed — send information about school events. We do not use it for any other purpose.
3. Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to deliver a service you have requested, in which case the recipient is bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations, or where disclosure is required by law or by a competent authority following due process.
4. Retention and security
Admissions inquiry data is retained for no more than 24 months after our correspondence with you ends, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls; only authorized admissions and college counseling staff can view it.
5. Information about minors
This website is used by prospective secondary school students. Where the applicant is under 18, the form should be completed and submitted by a parent or legal guardian, whose submission constitutes acceptance of this policy.
6. Your rights
You may access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent you have previously given. Write to system@ghqdedu.com and we will respond within 15 working days.
7. Changes to this policy
If this policy is revised, the updated date will be shown on this page. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
