Having entered the international education sector since 2003, he began his career as a frontline A-Level teacher and progressed to management roles in the Academic Affairs Office, University Counseling Office, and Student Affairs Office, eventually moving to Shanghai to oversee specific administrative work for an international school. He has served as the Education Director of the Guanghua Education Group since 2014, and was appointed Vice President in 2018.

Since joining Qidi, he has successfully mentored students over consecutive years to gain admission to top universities like Oxford and Imperial College London for Computer Science. He is qualified to teach EPQ projects related to AI, and started developing his own Oxford Computer Science interview preparatory course in 2025.
